Shipping, Handling, and Returns Policies:		Shipping is $2 in continental US, $3 in Canada. If you are unhappy with the product, you may return for full refund less shipping. All jewelry comes in gift boxes or bags (embroidered or organza). Wrapping, etc. can be arranged.

The artist guarantees her work. If you purchase a piece of jewelry and, with usual wear, it breaks or comes apart, she will repair or replace it. Since each piece is handmade, she might not be able to make it exactly the same as the original but she will do whatever is necessary to make it a piece you will be happy with.
